Italian - Spanish
Language graduate and philologist.
Proofreader, editor and documentalist.
From Castilla y León (Spain), Sandra graduated in Italian Studies from the University of Salamanca. For this reason, she has wide experience proofreading and studying Italian in depth. She worked as a Spanish conversation teacher in Italy and completed her Master’s Degree in Secondary School Teaching and Vocational training, as well as Foreign Language Teaching at the University of Salamanca, where she graduated. At present, Sandra is part of the Italian team at EMC Traducciones, where she collaborates as a proofreader and editor of texts translated from Italian to Spanish, apart from doing a great, meticulous job in documenting translation processes in Italian and Spanish. One of the biggest translation projects she has worked on with us was the proofreading phase for Alfonso Licata’s work Lanzarotto Malocello de Italia a Canarias (2012).
Little wonder that her passion for literature leads her on great journeys and to spend her free time amid books and cinema.
